April 23, 2021 – Adtelligent, a fully-featured ad monetization platform, announced it has begun a business relationship with Pixalate, Inc., a global ad fraud intelligence and marketing compliance platform, to combat ad fraud (invalid traffic, IVT). Adtelligent has selected Pixalate to reduce risk and deliver high-quality traffic for ad campaigns across channels.
Omni-channel ad fraud protection has become a top priority for ad tech platforms. To increase inventory value for both supply-side platform (SSP) and demand-side platform (DSP) solutions, Adtelligent aims to utilize Pixalate to block any IVT or Sophisticated Invalid Traffic (SIVT) activity across multiple channels and devices, including Connected TV (CTV).
“The boom of CTV/OTT video activity in the last year has created an urgency for us to provide the maximum level of protection to our partners against a rising risk of ad fraud. We are excited to announce that we have selected Pixalate’s pre-bid blocking services to enhance the Adtelligent product stack within the expanding digital video market. Through working with Pixalate, Adtelligent is set to raise the standard for publishers, advertisers, and networks using Adtelligent solutions for their activity,” said Eugene Moldavsky, Head of Product Development at Adtelligent SSP & DSP.
Pixalate’s pre-bid blocking technology is the ideal solution for detecting and preventing IVT. Pixalate monitors over 1.5 million apps, 80 million domains, and 300 million CTV/OTT devices to protect digital ad investments from ad fraud.
Through its business relationship with Pixalate, Adtelligent will provide cost-effective integrated solutions for comprehensive ad fraud management and detailed analytics for its clients.

Per the MRC, “'Fraud' is not intended to represent fraud as defined in various laws, statutes and ordinances or as conventionally used in U.S. Court or other legal proceedings, but rather a custom definition strictly for advertising measurement purposes. Also per the MRC, “‘Invalid Traffic’ is defined generally as traffic that does not meet certain ad serving quality or completeness criteria, or otherwise does not represent legitimate ad traffic that should be included in measurement counts. Among the reasons why ad traffic may be deemed invalid is it is a result of non-human traffic (spiders, bots, etc.), or activity designed to produce fraudulent traffic.”
