Risers for December into the top 10 include Sonobi for US and AppNexus for International inventory on the GSTI, and MoPub and RhythmOne for Mobile in-app inventory. AppNexus' sharp rise is partially attributed to the growth of header bidding last year and the measurement of more direct publisher relationships.
