The July 2022 edition of Pixalate’s CTV Ad Fraud Series reveals which apps from the Roku and Amazon Fire TV app stores were spoofed most often in July 2022.
During Q2 2022, Pixalate measured an app spoofing rate of about 3% across all open programmatic ad impressions allegedly served on Roku devices and nearly 5% among impressions allegedly served on Amazon Fire TV devices, costing advertisers millions of dollars.
